For the Dutch's Spirits team, the work we do is not solely that of a spirits company, but a reflection of our values and our beliefs. It’s about supporting local products, knowing where our food and beverages come from, and taking advantage of the generous bounty the Hudson Valley has to offer us.
At Dutch's Spirits, we are committed to producing all of our spirits and cocktail bitters right here at home in the state of New York, using ingredients grown right on Harvest Homestead Farm or sourced locally whenever possible. Our farm kitchen, The Bunkhouse, upholds this same purpose as a creative collaboration between our Farm Manager and Executive Chef. This mission extends to our bar which will include house beers, wines, liquors and syrups all sourced within New York State. We are also looking forward to supporting local artisans and craft producers in our farm gift shop.
